Arthur"Bud"Graves was born in Harrison Ohio on June 17, 1946. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, then worked as a Sheriff for many years, then was finally elected Sheriff of Island County until his term was over. He spent his life as a servant to the public in many forms. He passed with his loved ones around just after midnight on December 26th 2014. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
